Being able to disable the reply 2 activation when using the Bell button would be helpful to free up the relay for other uses.

Excellent response from the team, however the documentation online around the HID activation and Wiegand activation on the Net2Entry panels could be clearer. Solution found by having to fit another reader to the side of the entry panel.

Did not get name of who I spoke to . It was a guy . I asked him for help on net 2 software And that I was using it first time , he said I can believe you don’t know how to use it and cut the phone . I have rand techy many times before but never have I been spoke to like this before
